I'm not one to decline a good story. This is one of the rare quests in LotRO that require you to go to a particular place and perform a specific emote. The first time I came across one of these (<A HREF="http://lorebook.lotro.com/wiki/Quest:Worms_On_the_Heights">"Worms on the Heights"</A> in Tal Bruinen, Trollshaws), I was baffled. Aside from the festival dances, I'd never seen a quest that required use of emotes, and the explanation in the quest journal tried to remain in character, and was thus cryptic.
